Micromanagement from hell!!! Worst company I have ever worked for. The Leadership here insisting on constant ride-a-longs, daily to hourly required reporting. It is over the top and many feel like they ar being suffocated at this point.

Can you honestly say that any of this BS surprises you? I mean most anyone could see this coming. Biogen being a hell hole big pharma company was/is as obvious as a shark shitting in the sea.
 




No! I’m def not happy here! And I’m black with a black manager.
I have to keep reminding myself that I took this job because my last company sucked and was about to go under.
Then I have to think my DM took this risky job too because they were either jobless or they were about to get fired from their other company.
So it all makes sense.

Definitely misfits all over Biogen so why are you still there? Anyone good either already left or will be leaving very soon.
 




Im sick of reading comments like "then why are you still here" when any fool knows that it can take a good three months to find a great job. No one that is good is going to take any shit job that comes their way and will hold out till they find a great job. Why jump out of one fire into another?

I will say that a lot of folks on the Aduhelm side are looking. It is a joke to stay here. The product is lame and the working environment is terrible. People will leave in due time. Guaranteed.

Yes some of the posters on here make no sense whatsoever and contradict themselves with the stuff they throw up. They basically walk right into the punches that they take on here. The controversy surrounding the Adu hiring process were the most publicized in all of pharma. There was bold print all over the place which read buyer beware. I’m not hating on reps who work here but for any rep who feels blindsided and is complaining about the shit storm they signed up for, they have nobody to blame but themselves.

I am looking to leave. But like other posters have stated, I'd like to improve my situation so I want to make sure I find the right job, with the right pay and the right culture...and a product that actually helps patients would be nice lol

Idk where you live but good positions with other companies do not come open a lot in my area. So it may take me some time to find my right next move but I'm def planning on leaving

I concur that all the risks associated with the Adu hiring process were spelled out and made very public. Any rep complaining about working here should be thankful Adu got approved and that they still have a job. Many reps actually declined their offers cuz they were not comfortable with the risks that were well known. If you do a deal with the devil it’s typically not the devils fault but yours.

No one feels blindsided you fool other than more information was revealed after everyone was hired. Not going to go in detail on here, but those that work here know that. There were blatant things omitted during the hiring process. Risk, yes. We are used to that. Blatant lies, not so much. There is no contradiction. Many of us were fooled. It is really that simple. So kiss my ass with that "nobody to blame but themselves" bullshit. You're an ass. Go away and thank you.

Keep in mind, many of the hate and complaining posts on this site are trolls who don’t even work here. There was a posts on one of these threads that read....... In order to hate working at Biogen, you actually have to have been hired and actually work here.
 




I’m a recent transgender & Biogen is paying for my transformation so I’m thankful for that. And my white female manager said she is going to start identifying as “their” instead of “she/her” so I’m happy about that too.

But those are the only GD things I’m happy about here. Selling this drug is shady af. We all know it’ll probably be pulled in a year & how are my docs gonna look at me when I’m trying to sell my next drug?

Why do people lie on here? First, I believe this post is to get a rise out of people or the intention is to hurt someone that is actually transgender. Because to the poster above, you tried to "out" someone, which isn't cool. If this was actually you, you know you have obviously identified yourself. This simply isn't the case.

More than likely there actual is a transgender person that you wanted to hurt badly and make people think they posted on here. Let's face it, you're a jerk.
