Had to take a peek at this site . rep here from Covidien. WOW and I thought we had issues with in our company . You guys are pathetic . I kick my LESS rep all over my market , my compo is the 11% hernia rate from my own device and APPLIED, not your Port . Your reps that sell or try to sell the endo eye are really uptight and arrogant . The gyrus guys at least compete with the liggy reps , granted Pk is inferior . But the reps in my area are independent and really are very good clinical but cant compete because of our monster contracts . But the Endo eye guys are Weak . I am actually hearing about the new product the gyrus guys are going to have which will help me drive even more SILS cases . The way this board sounds you wish you could have what the gyrus guys are getting
 




This job blows right now(gi). Ask about the last three months of comp that's coming up. Surgical reps just wait and see what the NST meeting brings in April. Gyrus will not be making the money they have in the past. Gyrus and Olympus surgical will be one and with less pay. Look at GI........it's coming.

LESS is key, my docs love it and we are now able to compete against the robot, this a wel run company and we have a first class marketing and sales leadership team. Don't believe all the negative posts, surgical is the place to be if you like great money
 




what do you consider great money. Just curious from your gyrus Brother.I might have an opportunity to go to Surgical Endoscopy from the gyrus side , but heavy stryker/Storz very little Endo eye in my area except the few LESS guys . Please tell me more .Thanks
 








WOW... Thats all you guys make. No wonder all the Olympus guys want the skinny on the new energy platform .Guess you really did need the Suction they took from gyrus, when they gave acmi all your Uro stuff . Now I wonder who is really worried about their jobs since the new guy came from Gyrus/acmi ....No way I would want to be in your shoes . but hey you still have the less port
 




This company has had so much drama it's amazing how they can continue to compete with the big boys. I think that's the reason why they have no market share in my area. They get a hit here and there and lose an account here and there. This is such a scary company. Too bad most of the reps are drinking the Kool Aid still and listening to middle managers that have never sold before.
