Get rid of the KAMs and BRMs and keep more reps as they are the ones that do all the work. I would not hurt ot get rid of some RDs and Dms like in the Chicago office.

Even if you think they are worthless why would you want to see somebody lose their job. I know one KAM who has a child with cancer if he lost his medical he would be screwed.
