Uh they don't have an approved phosphate binder...yet...but check out their pipeline page before calling people names.
They do indeed have a binder in phase three of development however they have not yet filed for approval and is not expected to file till middle of next year at the earliest so the soonest this product will be on the market would be the middle of 2018. Long way off and its chemical profile is nothing special. Not something to get excited about.

ha! Why would there be any word at all? They've only had EU approval for some 2 years now and can't find any way to land a partnership. They just masterfully leave much-needed money sitting on the table.
That was such a classic move when Greg announced that the partner strategy is to...partner. Look forward to the next year-end statement about partner strategy remaining to partner. Hey, what's the rush to to move any product outside of Japan?
