Conference call layoffs happen all the time. They make business sense not people sense.

Sorry to say but they can tell you are all gone on a cc. They mute you out and read a script. Sucky way to hear you lost your job.

Timing of it is bad, but had absolutely nothing to do with it. Company has been preparing for that for a couple of years. The current structure of the sales force makes no sense and is not sustainable over the long term. It was structured to support PX and TJ launches. Product mix will change, territories will change, layoffs will be a very small percentage
