The $95 million settlement is going through. Think that has anything to do with the lay offs?

Timing of it is bad, but had absolutely nothing to do with it. Company has been preparing for that for a couple of years. The current structure of the sales force makes no sense and is not sustainable over the long term. It was structured to support PX and TJ launches. Product mix will change, territories will change, layoffs will be a very small percentage
