Managers, RBDs, AVPs Stop, just stop. Your premature excitement is just that premature and falls flat on people that have been giving Novo their all for years and just got screwed over. Your people come first and THEY have the intel you need to adapt and grow from this horrid layoff experience.
RBDs and managers that hold calls right now to set direction based on company objectives or their own agenda should be fired. Who are you to think anyone cares about your direction right now. Wrong. You are disconnected from reality and have your own agenda. That is not how you win reps and influence others during a time when people have options. This should be about uniting and firing up your team through trust and transparency.
Managers stop talking. Just stop...you will learn so much more. Ask questions. Stop telling!
