Alive and well? Are you fucking kidding me? Let’s be honest, the entire lab industry went to shit when the FISH reimbursement dropped. Some labs are going to survive because they have a long term plan, we never had one. We on the other hand continue to over promise and under perform while creating forecasts that are not realistic and hence set us all up for failure.
 






Here is what I can't figure out---who creates these forecasts--because they are so unrealistic it's a joke---what I can't figure out is the sales management that incompetent or are they setting DGB up for failure on purpose and taking those big dollars he is paying them straight to the bank. It would seem to me the best thing DGB could do would be to hire a real CEO and let that individual clean house from the top down. You can't have people with title's such as director of this or that and not have a fricking clue about what they are doing and let them make decisions that affect the field. You can continually fire and rehire the sales team but perhaps you really should look at those around you DGB. What a damn train wreck and it's obvious that driver of this train can't even find the track.....This is the level that healthcare has fallen to...sad very, very sad.
