Any thoughts/opinions on Taylor, Nick and others jumping ship???

What's your thoughts on some of the uppers "randomly" jumping ship?

Seems odd they are taking a leap of faith to a high risk and unproven "company"! I wished I knew what they know about Shire!
 
























There's nothing wrong with Shire; the new startup represents an opportunity those guys couldn't quickly achieve within Shire--higher leadership levels. Taylor will be the National Sales Director, Jeremy a Zone Director, Doug and Nick in other high-profile positions.

Shire will be fine, regardless of these individuals looking to further their career. There's nothing imminent to worry about.
 
























Just another example of the new shire pushing out the old. The three trainers were probably on their way to becoming scs reps. Isn't that what they do with all the old school managers and corporate hacks?
I wouldn't be surprised if the trainers were pushed out to be replaced with people from delta point.

Nobody was pushed. All are very well thought of and they left for a quicker jump to a bigger role. Try knowing what you're talking about before posting on a web site.
 


















I really like Taylor...didn't know much about the others.

However, I did think of an incredible idea. The new company that these gentlemen are moving to should consider JT. He is a very bright and hard working. He would be a great asset and bring much value to the new company.

Go ahead...recruit him...take him away! I think the South zone can make it without him. :):)
 






That's awesome. Sounds like you have a nice letter of recommendation already started. Think how impactful it will be when you have all the members of the zone sign it. Ha. I heard this company is totally going "old school"....( original richwood/shire) so he would fit right in!

Totty is not the same kind of old school as old shire. Not even close.
