Any thoughts on this company?

Been in device for a long time and some pharma. What's it like here? Looking at an opportunity and so is a colleague. Honest truthful straight forward professional comments would be appreciated.

It's a good place to work if you don't want to work. You can collect a salary and get all expenses paid. If you sell something they will give you a better salary and cut commission making a greater incentive not to work. I know about ten reps that go to work maybe twice a month but expense as if they go every day.

So here is the poop... This company is losing talent faster than they can hire it! HR is a joke!! He thinks he is VP of sales but can barely handle the the HR side of the house! The CEO is so paranoid that he has the the HR and Marketing Peeps monitoring cafepharma!(Hi Melissa). Sales are consistently decreasing...Why? How about an unheard of 20% price increase on the products and that's for "loyal" customers! Not to mention that respected academia turning down study opportunities with TEI! I am sure Lifecell/KCI will scoop up MD Anderson Orlando!!!
Well TEI you reap what you sew!! Love watching you fail!!!

So for the last 7-8 years sales managers and senior reps have begged for the CEO to invest in clinical data... Well here we are losing reimbursement because of the lack of clinical data. Those managers and reps could give the CEO a big "told ya so", but he has either fired them all or they have quit... So whats the stragety?... Same as always the CEO and his minion(not so smart HR guy) will throw some shit on the wall and see what sticks...Probably push the wound care where there is limited reimbursement and Oh yeah still no clinical data on that product either...KCI/Lifecell=Winning!!!
