What doe “Non-imbedded” mean?
I have been with IQVIA for 5 years. The days of mileage reimbursement and fleet cars are long gone with this CSO. There are currently NO contracts with IQVIA that have fleet cars. There are currently NO contracts with mileage reimbursement. All you get here is a car allowance that is taxed as income and a WEX fuel card. $50 per paycheck is deducted from your paycheck for the gas card...
The recruiter was clear with me - the manager is younger and wants to hire someone who is younger than he is.
Blatant age discrimination.
Other cso companies offer milage expenses and car use stipend (insurance, maintenance and wear and tear costs) per month....plus the gas card.
Personal car use is thumbs down.
Very costly unless you are well covered with reimbursements all around...
.You cannot lease a car due to big mileage and you go thru cars and gas like water if you have a big territory..
Not recommended unless you have the right package to cover it....OR a very, very small territory.
