I 100% agree with these comments. Top reps are unhappy and they are leaving. We are all talking to each other. Plus Randy is not doing what he needs to do. Management is poor and Randy pussy foots around issues and doesn’t take care of the real issues at stake at this company. Employers are treated very poorly. Reps are talking and are mad at the lack of professional that is allowed at this company.
Randy pussy foots around issues because he is too stupid to know what the issue is. He won’t bring up issues in Austin because he thinks that is being negative and thinks of himself as a “positive” person. I wonder if he spoons Bobby after he is done taking it in the ass? Only explanation he had made it this far.

Never saw a happy person here. Everyone fucking miserable with bullshit management and pay. HR is a joke they don’t give a shit that the company was basically paying slave labor wages. Everywhere else the pay and compensation is better. Thats why they can’t hang on to any good staff. Just miserable people who can’t get hired anywhere else
