The letter from Vivek is a joke. This company needs a change in leadership from the top down. Our RBDs are a joke too. They only care about themselves. Vivek mumbles through every call. What a joke. You treated the sales force like trash the past few days. Everyone needs to quit.
 






Not waiting for a package. They have shown who this Italian stupid company is. Looking for a new job. Will pay back whatever I need to. I am worth more than this. Self respect rules here.
 
























There’s nothing leadership can do or say to make this right. This is worse than the infamous LTI incentive plan that took months to roll out only to be underwhelming. That was a joke and this 3 day zero communication experience was the grand finale.

Honestly there’s no excuse and a quick note even if it said nothing would have been welcome. My decision for moving on is about my responsibility to my family. As the primary earner I have a mortgage, college tuitions and health benefit responsibilities to my family. I don’t feel secure here and it would be irresponsible for me to put my love ones in this situation. My RBD is a selfish individual and he is just collecting a paycheck and playing golf every chance he gets so he wouldn’t understand. It’s time for me to move on. I have a few leads and will pray for God’s guidance. God bless you all.

I think we all need to get out of here. Let the RBDs go down with the ship. I cannot believe that there are still managers talking about call averages. We are about to go under. What are we even doing here? This is a waste of time.
