Another year, another Operating plan…..













Yup. I 100% agree people stay for managers. the problem here is Upper management is a joke. Look at how many reps are leaving areas with new managers. No accountability on directors for bad hires and employee retention. If good managers are losing people you know the problem is at the top. I just don’t understand why Joe Papa doesn’t take notice. For a company this cares so much about cost, the cost of losing talent and having to hire back nee reps has to be way more expensive.
