Another Underwhelming Quarterly Results Call

Literally, saved by the bell!!!

ACOR closed at 0.52

Sorry mate, this cat has nine lives. Hanging by 2 cents.
More BS posts from fart brain competition ! Acorda Rebound IS on track ! Expect short downturn B4 the Big Bounce !! So stop childish post an git an education in finance 101 !!! Your post only degrade integrity of CP thred !!

The Pros see investment as a short to make massive profit. The BioPharmacy industry generally are considered high value, except for Acorda. Look for NASDAQ delisting or another reverse split and layoffs to remain solvent. Don’t worry. RC and his leadership circus will still collect a paycheck until the Acorda swamp is drained of all cash. Smells like a class action suit.

Habib

your downturn has been going on for five years and the only thing bouncing at ACOR is checks.

Should have sold when you had the chance.

Ron essentially gave the signal to short when the share authorization increase went through. He hasn't given the buy signal, which would be settling debt interest in cash instead of shares. Incredibly possibly issuing double the outstanding shares to settle 6.2m dollars and this is due twice a year. Sucks to be a shareholder here.

he signaled to short when he showed up to an investor call in a velociraptor costume.

Here are some facts for you on this Monday morning, PR MONKEY!

What Is Stock Dilution?
Although it is relatively common for distressed companies to dilute shares, the process has negative implications for a simple reason: A company's shareholders are its owners, and anything that decreases an investor's level of ownership also decreases the value of the investor's holdings.

At the current stock price, Ron Cohen will be issuing in excess of 12,000,000 shares to make a $6.2 million interest payment in a week or so. Currently, there are about 12.4 million shares outstanding. So dilution of ~50%. Even though there is cash on hand to make the payment.

Cry and call it nonsense in bolded font all you want. But let's see you dispute these facts.

Minor drop today, nothing to be concerned over. The REBOUND is around the corner ! Enjoy the ride up in share price !!!

Market up 2% today and your down 4%. It’s over no more fuel in tank. Pack it up Cohen, you killed another company and destroyed what was once a company with $1B market cap. Well done you incredible failure.
