Another TCL debacle

How many years have we been doing this useless exercise?

Seems like every time we do this it starts with

1. They rearrange the territories.
2. They force a list on us that is wrong.
3. They give us this “magical window” to make all corrections.
4. We make the corrections and they disappear.
5. They tell us they can’t seem to make changes because there is just too much going on at the same time with BM. We do it next semester. Yet we are held accountable for a goal they not correct.

Can we please find out who “they” are? What cubicle are these people hiding in? Why couldn’t we have finally BM’d them out of here. I mean these people are making well over six figures. They have supposedly been getting ready for this for a year. Yet they can’t seem to walk and chew him at the same time. Could we spend a little more time and effort getting these actions right and less time getting some woke twerp playing violin for us.

"They" are the people who have completely given themselves over to the cult here. The constantly changing symbolism, the buzz words, the hyperbole they speak in is completely foreign to someone who has not marinated in the nuances of these norms.

"Bold moves 3.3" is nothing more than a Y or X signal to those familiar enough with the calling to seek out touchstones within the company. They will artfully explain how to answer the coded interview questions and move up into the echelon of upward mobility here.

How disorienting it must be to literally do and accomplish nothing. Yet be so artful and tactful when they explain the trajectory of what they supposedly do that impacts business. It's occult behavior at best, and complete delusion at worst.

I've been interviewing with other companies and they all have heard what's going on at Pfizer regarding bold moves and call centers, etc. It's funny to see their reactions and hear what they say about Pfizer.

It's never fun being laid off....but I'm glad to get out.
