How is that any different than working at Alkermes right now? I mean other than at big pharma you have a better sales analysis team, better 401k match, better chance for real advancement, health care help if you want to retire early, better health insurance and much better dental insurance, a pipeline of drugs and resources to work you territory (samples, marketing support, real studies...). We are already micro managed like big pharma here, why not go get the benefits.
