I was in a meeting with Burt one time, first time I met him and he did a slide presentation. The first several slides were what he called " Burt-isms " Talk about an EGO !

After the presentation, we realized there was absolutely no substance at all.

How does a guy like that, stay in his position ?

At the appropriate time Burt makes sure certain individual's birthdays, anniversaries and yeses are adhered to. Just check his business deductions. Except for the "Yes" and the occasional "reach around" of course.
