Who cares....leave. With this industry people are coming and going on a daily basis. There is no stability any longer in companies from the big boy Pfizer to the PDI type contract companies. Management is poor in most of them so it doesn't make much of a difference. Go to the other boards and look. You will see the same crap on all of them.

Believe me I have looked at other boards...this by far is the worst....You are correct the industry has changed but this place is ridiculous.

there are other job opportunities outside of pharma is my point. you just have to have the balls to seek them out and take some chances.
