I like your optimistic approach! Since you seem to know everything on the inside like additional funding. My question is when will we receive our bonus checks? We are expanding the sales force, hired new a ZD, and yet we have no bonus check from last quarter. It's going on three months since 2nd quarter ended. I busted my butt to get into the top of special incentive and I continue to do so on a daily basis. I would appreciate it if management would give us some insight on this matter. Thanks, ill be waiting for your response.

Don't get down on yourself I would say that's probably they company average maybe a little on the high side. Of course it's not the $6,000 a quarter they promised but it's close right.
 










































BAD NEWS! Bonus Checks will not be paid out for 2nd Quarter my RD just said. He said in the fine print companies don't have to pay bonus dollars if measurements are not hit but most will pay them anyways. However, with the hiring of more reps and our new ZD there is no money to pay our bonus this quarter...Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

No way this is true! If we really are in this bad of shape then say who the RD is and add some credibility to this rumor. Dont post stuff trying to stir the pot that is a lie or your assumption. Yes I am a rep, No Im not WP.

Geez I'd hope so, there is a much larger pool of topamax than trileptal. Off course there should be many more than OXR so that logic doesn't prove your case. Either way things better pick up soon or else.
 






Ok peon, basic math. Topirimate market is 3 times the size of Oxcarbazepine. 41 x 3 = 123 and we did over 650rxs in wk 7.

Looks like we are over 5xs ahead of Oxtellar XR performance with Trokendi XR going into wk 8 post launch.
