Another DBM defection

If I was a DM, I know that minimally I would have some form of allegiance and care for the team that worked under me. Unfortunately only a small few of the managers in this company fall under that category. Most are very greedy and selfish like the above poster stated.
But I could never live with myself if I knew my actions would hurt someone else. I don't agree all people are selfish and I have had managers in my past that truly cared about my welfare and wanted the best for me. I think it more comes down to this. Are
you a good or bad person? My current manager is a self centered person that is always seeking unwarranted congratulations and doesn't give a crap about his team members and only about how he looks to upper management. Any guesses? Most managers despise him.

This is an important thing to always remember. People only care about themselves. Do you think MB gave a damn about the reps on his team or what happened to them or their families? The answer is NO. I will only remember MB for his evil and selfish actions. The other post was correct. MB wanted to move back to Florida and in order to do that, they had to force the existing Florida DBM out of his position. With the help of the Regional Business Director, DE (who is an evil ass in his own right ), the first manager lost his job and it literally annihilated the poor man and his family. I remember that horrible time as it caused the first manager to have many serious health issues.

Unfortunately, there are other existing DBM's that only care about their own welfare and status and seek only self recognition. I'm sure many of you can list some of the other managers that would fall under that category. It is very sad, but people like MB will have to live with their actions and how they negatively impacted other lives.

I was happy to hear that SR became RBD for the Northeast district. This woman will hopefully help to disband the "good ole boys club" and see what some of these managers are : complete narcissistic, self-serving, apathetic frauds.

Are you kidding me? SR is one of them!! She will probably help them all to up their game as she is the epitome of a narcissistic, self-serving fraud. And on top of that, she will make sure everyone is working 7 days a week, too! The woman lives, eats and breathes work 24/7. She's had some of the highest turnover of any manager and has the least amount of management experience. Good luck to all of us!

SR is NOT like that. Who has quit? SS only quit as she wanted to be a manager.

Incredible that people constantly complain about their managers. SR worked too hard. Cared about her people and business way too much. I wish my manager was like that.

We all agree. The only people that have complained about her online have been a few members in her team who don't work as well as managers CC and MB who are VERY pissed she got the job and they didn't.

butler was the best salesperson to ever sell for cadence. just ask him total tool

You know, it's really funny. If you look at most of the managers like MB, MD, CC and more. None of these guys have great selling track records. I love how these managers try to tell sales reps how to sell when the never could.
