Mike Butler. Dropping like flies. Jim D. must be having heartburn.

Where did he go?
I don't know why everyone is so against people leaving and or not leaving. the ship is not sinking nor is it wonderful.
We are now a different company, culture, experience, etc. There is no such thing as a 2 billion dollar start up or a price reset. those are fictional terms that people made up to rationalize the new situation. Why? just call it a price increase and say the new company's vision is to aggressively grow profits as fast as possible to become as large as possible.
On the other hand, if people want to go congratulate them and let them go.
Back into the subject at hand. So did MB really go to Glaxo? He really screwed over the original Florida rep and had gotten him fired. So now he doesn't even stay?
CC and MD will be next to leave
He got out on he eve of the impending and numerous formulary changes coming to the district.
This is an important thing to always remember. People only care about themselves. Do you think MB gave a damn about the reps on his team or what happened to them or their families? The answer is NO. I will only remember MB for his evil and selfish actions. The other post was correct. MB wanted to move back to Florida and in order to do that, they had to force the existing Florida DBM out of his position. With the help of the Regional Business Director, DE (who is an evil ass in his own right ), the first manager lost his job and it literally annihilated the poor man and his family. I remember that horrible time as it caused the first manager to have many serious health issues.
Unfortunately, there are other existing DBM's that only care about their own welfare and status and seek only self recognition. I'm sure many of you can list some of the other managers that would fall under that category. It is very sad, but people like MB will have to live with their actions and how they negatively impacted other lives.
I was happy to hear that SR became RBD for the Northeast district. This woman will hopefully help to disband the "good ole boys club" and see what some of these managers are : complete narcissistic, self-serving, apathetic frauds.

Grow up! People have to do what's best for themselves. MB didn't kill anyone. He found a better opportunity for his career and family. Do you think any of these companies really care about you? They will lay you off or find a reason to get rid of of you the second they don't need you. It's not like it used to be. Loyalty comes in small amounts for short periods of time.
