why do we have another call with Kip? I mean I get that being part of ESC is flat out cool but why all of the calls? It's very transparent what is going on. Do they really need to hold our hands through all of this with calls every week on the reorganization?
Is there something new that I am missing here?

Read the notes on what is going to be covered on the call, asshat. They are actually telling us some good info. You are the same douchebag that would be bitching if there wasn't enough communication. Why would you complain about this?!?!
 


















Completely blows me away how many people ask questions on these calls over topics that were covered explicitly. The dude from Florida just asked if the new energy roles would be posted concurrent to the placement of current reps..that was not only listed on an earlier slide but mentioned specifically by kip.
Seriously people? Pay attention
 












also people asking questions who say "hey kip how are you"...after 20 people ask that I think we all are aware that the answer is "i'm good" so why continue to ask it?
 


































































What is the criteria for a DM job? Kip said in the second call today that some current DMs in the DM pool will not have the criteria to be selected for the new positions. What is he talking about?
