Annual raises

Totally agree. Years back I use to average 6% a year at RBP. Now we make more money and get less in annual raises. What is going on?

Hopefully we will be returning to the good old days

RB is way below average for specialty and bonus for the majority of the CLs. Would be nice to be compensated on par with the rest of the industry.

The " be glad you have a job" message we get every year after our cheap and measly 2% annual increase is getting very tiresome for all of us in the field that generate over a billion dollars in revenue.

RBP can well afford 5%.
