Annual Concert

So costs for your products went up 750k at the Cancer Center to pay for this type of corporate waste.

Your company should be exposed in the national media for this.

Your absorbent costs should be exposed as well. Remember, your closet has skeletons as well. Do you think that we aren't aware of the crazy high costs from your center aimed directly at the patient? You can rant and rave all you want to but I think you're nothing but an arrogant bully. I have news for you; coming on this site day in and day out will not change the distribution model. It really just shows how pathetic you are ... get a freaking life!

Ya know, I used to support you folks on the Service Desk. I left after many years, after becoming fed up with the customer base and their sense of entitlement, not to mention the Roche integration. I'd spend hours a day patiently walking you through how to make sure all of your music and photos were saved to your new iPhone 6's, and talking you down from the ceiling when your new phone was delayed in arriving....all the while being preached to by management that we were playing our part in saving customer's lives.

Just browsing around this and other Genentech forums I'm embarrassed by your lack of professionalism. Glad you got another concert. Glad I left.

We are glad that you left too! It's no love loss here!

I'd check that attitude if you call into the Service Desk when you're unable to access your Compensation Reports.

Agreed! So tired of supporting those greedy I professionals. Used to be I loved the sales force but those days have gone. Glad I'm close to retirement age. This place has sadly gone down the lack of integrity road.

Sure you would and we would turn you in, in a heartbeat. Remember, we are the ones bringing in the money. We are the face of Genentech to patients and the doctors and have to deal with their problems and find solutions to their many problems. We are the ones who sacrifice our time with our families because of all of the overnights to see physicians and helping their patients. We are the ones who might suffer from the stress of quotos and meeting shareholders expectations (to keep the lights on). So if you want respect ... news flash, it's a two way street!

can't we just all get along????? The hating is not good for the karma

I agree with you but just think about this ... we deal with arrogant, rude, and down right nasty physicians and office staff on a regular basis. Do we come on here complaining about our daily encounters? The answer is no and what is worse, these internal folks are throwing their own co-workers under the bus! I don't think that is professional at all. If you have problem with someone, take it up with them because we all need to suck it up and do our jobs. That's what we are paid to do!

This is too funny coming from a sales mercenary at Genentech!!! Sacrifice, most of your reps are at home 2-3 days a week. Deal with their problems?? Sure Einstein, the docs at Sloan Kettering and MD Anderson are calling all the time for a drug rep to save the day. Most offices do not want to see your sorry ass, let alone your herd of 6, 8 or 10 reps, whatever it is. You have no respect for physicians, you just want to make a quick, expensive buck off Cancer patients. Check the sign at the door, our clinic no longer wants to see your sorry ass. Drive by in your Mecedes, Lexus or BMW and just call us some racist or hateful names.

I just hate it when some nobody writes about something that they have no clue about. Take your worthless ass somewhere and get a life and stay off our board. If you haven't freekin noticed moron, this site is for Genentech employees, which you are not!

It's amazing how you think the world revolves around your cancer site. Well moron, I'm not in the oncology division. There are plenty more divisions than oncology. So stick to what you know, which is obviously nothing.

Thank you for proving my point. You see internal folks. These are the assholes who we have to deal with on a regular basis. Now you tell me, who has it worse? I'm sure that you wouldn't want to deal with such a miserable and insane person. They are insane because they are obsessed with posting hate messages DAILY and reading a site for a company that they don't even work for ... the definition of insanity is clearly this jerkoff!

Posting your vulgar tirade proves the point. You are one of the 4010 group (40 year old with the brain of a 10 year old). The medical community across the country are no longer going to play Genentechs game. Why should the medical community waste their time with a company that uses tactics like underwriting gift cards, 100 per plate dinners on pancreatic cancer with no FDA approval for Avastin, managers showing up for work 3 hours in 11 months, reps that bring so little value they leave the house 2 days a week, then put in fake calls on physicians may be on deaths door or not even living in a state. What about the rep that turned over proprietary documents from Amgen? Did ethical Genentech set up an 800'number so clinics could call to see if they were violated or did unethical Genentech hide the activity? The reason you use vulgar language is no one wants to be exposed to such unethical behavior. The behavior is insulting to the medical professionals across the country. Take your bribes and payoffs somewhere else. Also, could you tell the rep that turned over the loyalty documents from Amgen that we treat on evidence based medicine, not profit.

I dont get it, I have a relative who is a sloan patient; I saw one of her medical bills, and lets just say her cost of the medication was at least 5 times what the average wholesale price is; for smaller meds, it was more like 100x. The hospital bed alone was 15,000% for 1n 8 day stay. She had 25,000 in testing alone! And last I checked, most of the oncologists that I know drive very large luxury cars, and own McMansions? Your rants about drug reps simply do not add up!

Who gives a care about your stupid opinion. I just hope and pray you don't end up with a potentially fatal disease and don't need "unethical" Genentech! If you do, I just hope you receive better treatment than the hate and down right stupid behavior that you are showing! You really should seek some help. You and your clinic are nothing but bullies. Do you really think your behavior is acceptable and will change anything? You come on here day in and day out and type nothing but hate towards human beings who have absolutely have no say so in the change of the of the distribution model. As a RN (medical professional) for over 17, I'm very embarrassed by your behavior. I'm glad that I'm not a patient at your clinic nor would I ever allow one of my family members to be a patient there either. I just wonder what your administration what say about how you are representing your facility ... hmm! Your posts truly show how greedy you are ... all you type about is how much money you've lost.

You hit the nail on the head! The reason this idiot keeps posting stupid rants about Genentech and its reps is because they are concerned about their bottom line and their own bank accounts. And to prove my point think about this, they had no problem with Genentech nor the reps and most likely financially gained through donations, grants, & clinical trials. But now that their own kick backs from different distributors is affected, now we are the lowest person on the earth with no value. Take a look at this ... and they talk about Genentech ripping off patients ... too funny!

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center
Revenue: 3.39 billion dollars as of 2014

Wow. I feel sorry for the former rep who just asked who was playing at NSM. Me thinks the whole healthcare system is broken if such a simple question has spiraled down to such a hate fest between reps and the clinics.

It's not a hate fest, I'm simply standing up against a bunch of bullies who think their bad behavior is acceptable against those who can't change what they think is wrong in their lives. All that I can say is, when you type of such hate for those who you don't even really know, KARMA IS A BITCH!

I would welcome a drug rep from Genentech going on national TV calling out doctors from Sloan-Kettering on the cost of drugs and their large cars, given that Genentech pays hundreds of thousands of dollars to reps for gift cards, fake calls, including calls on doctors near death, managers that sit near the pool and go to work 3 hours in an 11 month period, approves gift cards, laughs as racially offensive language is being used at one of his division meetings. Yes, please go on national TV and call out one of the top Cancer Centers in the world. I am guessing that Cancer Patients fly into Lincoln, Nebraska to see the Genentech Journalism major rep or Cancer Patients fly into Kansas City to see the Shop Teacher Genentech Rep before getting an opinion, since your reps claim to save lives. The reality is the Medical Oncology community no longer needs your reps. Again, please go on national TV and call out Sloan-Kettering, but justify the squandering of money by your commercial organization for the pathetic activity. Please go on National TV with Ian Clark, look in the camera and tell cancer patients from across the country that they should accept financial toxicity to pay for gift cards, fake calls, Mercedes, Lexus and for reps and managers to stay home and earn a paycheck. If a Physician from Sloan-Kettering does not go to work, they do not get paid, just the opporsite of a Genentech Rep and manager.

Tomorrow is another day. Maybe your "GQ and Size 2" crowd will leave the house and deliver Jimmy Johns or Papa Johns. cover some gift cards, put in some fake calls and think they are needed more than physicians from Memorial-Sloan Kettering. Your commercial organization is such a joke. Genentech is fooling no one. Keep ripping people off.

It's really getting very old. You type the same stupid crap on every posts. Who gives a rats butt about your opinion and what goes on at Genentech is really none of your business! Although, it sounds like you might be a little jealous. You must not have too many friends and weren't asked to the prom in high school. Poor baby...
