Anne Sigouin (GM ArjoHuntleigh) willingness to hurt the business

in Lindoff's idiotic mind the more you sell the more you make. He does not understand finance any more than the entire business. His only claim to fame is that he plays tennis with Bennett and that's how he got the job as CEO. If anyone checks his history with the company you can find out that he has built his reputation on bad decisions that were either illegal or unacceptable in general accounting principles. No need to look any further than the boneheaded decisions he made when he was at infection control.
He has a plan, less margins mean getting rid of more employees...less people, less sales... less sales...less people... this is Sigouin & our CEO master plan.

Medical beds is a waste of time and $ in North America. We are pressured to sell beds because Arjo needs to explain why they bought Huntleigh. USA market is too competitive for a European company. Cost of goods, transport and key well established players make it almost impossible. Arjo may get marginal market share at low margins, the perfect recipe for disaster.

Look like the case for the writing but too many readers. Unless ArjoHuntleigh had a major restructuring, looks like the audience is wider. In these typical chats 75-90% have negative comments but this thread is somewhat different with 98%. Just observing know nothing about this company.

75-90% relate to companies , when only managers it averages at 90% negative with peeks as high as 95%. You are right with a 99% (not 98%) negative rating this manager has an exceptional bad social media perception, which I rarely seen before.

I resigned as well as I was simply exhausted to see my efforts to build strong relationships with my clients be destroyed by uninformed decisions from Head office. Ann seems more concerned to please Sweden than to do what is right for the business. Most reps feel the same, I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.

I think it’s all the same fired employees venting over and over.Very sad.
Too many reads & replies (over 300) for a small organization. Replies average at 40 , 300 is huge and spread on 1 year. Read rate is over 3 (reads/ employees ) , highest are below 1. Arjohuntleigh thread is a source of interest from a statistical standpoint and a 99% disapproval rate is uncommon. We ran sentiment analysis over the web, this one keep popping up.

Left this circus as well. It is true, you don’t leave a company but rather a boss. I left Anne as so many others did. Turnover climbed since she joined Arjo including many of her so called high potential. You can hide the facts by not announcing departures, so pathetic.

Based on previous integration:
First she’ll show up and state generic stuff: We’re leader, together we’re stronger. You’ll sense she’s nice and willing to support you.
Second: Little to nothing will happen for a while.
Third: She’ll need to look good: sales target will be increased for 2019 in a way that if not reached bonuses are not paid so she makes the bottom line. If bonuses have little impact, Sigouin will cut other expenses.
Than logistical integration , it will be chaos, you’ll lose customers and someone will need to be blamed (typically those that raised concerns).
Turnover rates will likely rise, Sigouin will replace them with her own puppets .
Year 2 and 3 many service centres will be shut down.
At the end Re-Nu will be shrunk so much that you won’t recognize it anymore. Sigouin will survive as she will have find scapegoats to cover her mess.
Keep this message for future references.
