Too many reads & replies (over 300) for a small organization. Replies average at 40 , 300 is huge and spread on 1 year. Read rate is over 3 (reads/ employees ) , highest are below 1. Arjohuntleigh thread is a source of interest from a statistical standpoint and a 99% disapproval rate is uncommon. Left this circus as well. It is true, you don’t leave a company but rather a boss. I left Anne as so many others did. Turnover climbed since she joined Arjo including many of her so called high potential.
