Anne Sigouin (GM ArjoHuntleigh) willingness to hurt the business

Hope everyone is staying safe from Covid-19!

I would love the feedback from this group. If I am an acute care facility looking to develop a safe patient handling and early mobility program (including as a primary target, patients in ICU under MV).
I was under the impression that Arjo is "the product", "the brand" you wanted to have! ... that is what you will find at Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, John Hopkins, etc. I was told is the most expensive product but that it's simply the best. What other options are out there? Handicare?!?! Hill-Rom?!?!

From my research, Arjo seems to have the most comprehensive product line, at least for SPH and EM. I'm particularly drawn to their Sara Combilizer, it seems to one of a kind product that could help us with patients at ICU under MV, and returning them to baseline.

Thank you all for any feedback!

You should expect your representative to call you at least once a week to request your purchase order. His obsessive follow-up is due to the insane control of Mrs Sigouin. Do you have the purchase order? it's the only real coaching she can really offer.

Tubs are not easy items to keep in inventory ( too many configurations). Sigouin has little control over this situation. But she has control on what happens next. Replacing a bathing system has significant logistical impacts ( coordinating with maintenance, plumbing, electrical etc). Many facilities require delivery on a given day so internal staff can coordinate properly. Sigouin only concern is to make her numbers. Despite clear feedback from reps not to ship she’ll go ahead without hesitating. She doesn’t give a sh..about customers nor reps who worked hard to get the order.

You highlight Sigouin thinking’s.She’s risk adverse when dealing with Sweden. She much prefer taking risk by alienating customers & reps. A true leader is confident enough to have a balanced approach.

Only rookies follows Sigouin requests such as above. Old timers know better.
