Anne Sigouin (GM ArjoHuntleigh) willingness to hurt the business

The founder of the company was Arne Johansson and I believe he died a few years ago and his family doesn’t own the company any longer. Carl Bennet is the man at the top of top of the food chain now pulling all the strings. If he doesn’t see what’s happening at Arjo, then he’s either in on it or doesn’t care.

I guess we now know who the “people in mind are” for the Arjo tag line. They are greedy a**holes hat are making decisions about products that are supposed to help lives, not drive them into an early grave.

I joined Arjo 25 years ago with a single personal vision: To improve healthcare workers and patients lives, while improving mine. I did so until Anne showed up. She tried to turn me into a money machine. From People in mind to how much $ can you log this week. So sad, Anne can’t you see there’s more to it?

I hope Sweden find out what is truly going on. Our best assets left Arjo like there’s no tomorrow. A simple count down of who quit the organization in recent years should give them the magnitude of the disaster. Where’s HR in this mess?

All change in supply chain again. The rift between sales v's logistics will continue forever. The little idiots that are management in Addison expect the company to stock every single line item, and have no idea about cash flow.

and what Sigouin will do? Too much inventory? Ship despite customers told us to wait... backorders... don’t tell them anything. If we lose some on the long run... fire the unlucky reps.

Anne Sigouin decided to discontinue $50 million worth of equipment many years ago. She did it despite everyone disagreed and without enough time for customers to get funding. Many territories suffered such strategy. Many reps and managers lost their jobs as a result. Sigouin got promoted instead.

yeah but more so she sits on the board because she kept most rental business during the chaotic KCI integration. It had nothing to do with her but KCI managers that had strong relationship with key GPO. As a token of her gratitude Sigouin fired them shortly after.

Anne doesn’t master the challenging combination of intellect/expertise/confidence/openness required to convince others. Knowing so she surrounds herself with amiable-docile managers. Their role is to acknowledge, repeat and execute her wishes, no questions asked. This situation explains the widening gaps between her perceptions and realities. The overall feeling of alienation, share by most employees, comes from these gaps.

Accurate open and respectful observation.

You forgot charisma in your combination.
