I was one of the unfortunate (or fortunate) ones that got the axe after 6 mos. I was a top rep at my previous job and never even had a chance here, talk about a total waste. I have never been a part of such a poorly run company from top to bottom. It’s evident that the leadership has zero clue what they’re doing and damn, I wish I would have read these threads last summer when the job came calling. I hope BG, JL, GG all choke on their words at NSM in Vegas next week. It has to be comforting walking up to your entire workforce to give speech after speech to rally the troops and forge forward after laying off employees the week prior. I wish them luck enforcing the non-compete. I don’t know that I’ll go back to wound care, but if I do, the non-compete is garbage in my state if the company has laid you off. This ship is sinking faster than the Concordia. Good luck to those left!
 






What are the optics internally, that on the same week that 7% of the workforce was fired, the CEO's son gets a promotion to RSM?

The easiest answer to that is the FTC is close to banning non-competes and companies will have 180 days to comply. With that going on, they know they have little chance at winning any cease and desist orders moving forward. Let them come after me for all I care, it’s a waste of their resources if they do.

They can’t afford any more lawsuits with the one huge active open one they are currently fighting. But mums the word. Look into….it’s going to destroy that place
