I recently applied for a position with this company but after reading these posts I am second guessing my decision. I have al lot of pharma experience but not with hemophilia. Sine the TM territories are so big, I thought the base salaries would be decent. Also since your salesforce is so small, I thought there would be more job security compared to,what is going on in big pharma.

I suggest you look elsewhere. This company is failing in the same way and for the same reasons that Octapharma failed in the hemophilia market.
 






No it was Cary B. the resident dr..k at Grifols. SH couldnt stand him at Grifols. SH told me that he thought he was useless. Well, you can see SH is stretching to find good people.

They pay below scale, screw you on bonuses, micromanage you...then tell you how wonderful it is, and how it can't be better anywhere else. In short, it's a shit show. Don't waste your time.
