Ryan,
Lets be honest for a moment. The only thing you have ever really cared about is you. Only you. Now if I remember correctly, you were part of a lawsuit against Biotronik when most of your team in the NW left Guidant for Bio. They left because of you, and because if reflected badly on your leadership you chose to be a bully and go after them. You have always had only yourself as the main focus and manipulate every situation in such a way that ensures you come out on top. You are a master chameleon and deceiver. My guess is that your plan has been to stay at Bio 3-5 years, have enough success that will allow you to move on to be president of something much bigger. Biotronik is nothing more than an easy stepping stone for you. As always, you put your own success onto the backs of others. Classic Ryan Walters move. You may fool some and know all the words to say that justify every move but to anyone who knows you it is easy to see. This is about you, not Biotronik, or the employees. You are trying to save your own ass in this mess and somehow come out the savior hero. Pad the resume with how you guided a ship through Covid with tough decisions and have a talk track when you interview with big pharma. Yah Ryan I know your game and am not fooled at all. Lets see how your REVENUE looks after a mass exedous of employees. Explain that one to Max. Why not extend your pay cuts through December. Oh I forget, that would reveal your true character. You prefer to skin your victims slowly, little by little, to make it appear less painful. You are such a hack and lowlife human being. It is a shame that we continue to OWN EVERY DAY for you. Hey, you may want to ramp up the Zoloft. Bio has never owned one day, let alone every. However, Ryan is a man who doesn’t mind criticism so call him instead of posting online.
 






Is management getting a 20% pay cut too or are they excluded?

Are you at least getting a shortened work week as well (4 day work week). How about field reps?

I work for a different company but with the government programs, I went to a 4 day work week but got an extra 640/week from Uncle Sam for my 1 day pay cut. May have been a blessing in disguise, as long as the program continues.

I don’t work at BIOTRONIK anymore and I don’t know RW. That said, I actually respect him for not having this post removed. Kind of shocked but this might mean he does not care about the critics at all. Does max jr read this stuff?

RW could not care less about what is said about him on this site. Does Max read this stuff???? LMFAO.... Do you really think that Max, sitting in his castle and collecting $$$$$$$$$$$$, gives two shits about what is said about his company on CP? He and his family have been taking punches for decades yet they are still here.

That being said, BTK has gotten big enough that they now have the overhead of a larger corporation. They have piled up just enough service burden that it requires a field force. They over pay for that field force. Now, they are getting pinched in big ways during these current days.... No to little contract access, no contracting leverage due to a limited portfolio (limited stents, no structural heart, etc.) lower ASPs, a market that has pulled way back for now. Like RW or not, these are tough times for anyone to navigate for BTK.
 












Max and the others absolutely do care. CP won't pull posts unless there is a risk of litigation and/or disseminating something that is defamatory. That said, they do read this and they do care.Any other opinion is completely wrong.
 












1) RW could not care less what anyone thinks of him especially what is said on here.

2) It is blatantly obvious that he is placing friends in management positions some of which do not have a clue and are running what business there districts and/or regions have into the ground.
 












I've been gone from BTK for a little over a year now. Just recently, one of Walters' new middle management cronies with absolutely zero exeperience or even understanding of the CRM world reached out to me. They wanted to 'pick my brain'. We sat and had a good conversation then they say, 'We've got the best bag and the best contracts. We will have 50% of this market, a $35 million market, in 3 years.' I shook my head and laughed. They asked me what I thought was so funny. I said, 'Listen, there is no doubt that what is currently in the bag is great BUT... BTK has got to got to 1) Update their remote monitoring system because you are getting killed by CareLink Express, Lattitude and Merlin 2) They have to jump onto the Bluetooth bandwagon now 3) Leadless technology cannot be ignored and lastly... I don't want to say it never happens but contracts are never won on price and price alone AND BTK is not even being invited to some contract negotiations.

They looked at me like I had 3 heads. They have no clue. Obviously, Walters has insulated himself with his cronies so that if/when he fails he can blame it all on them.
