We got paid $1700 this quarter they’re taking back from our 120 and we’ll probably get the same pay out this quarter because the goals aren’t even attainable. Also there’s not enough supply can find the 7.5 on up we only have the 2.5 and the 5 2.5 isn’t and efficacious dose. So that’s our problem it has nothing to do with the sales force. You will also have these too. And if supplies down they’re going to focus on diabetics before weight loss. So this is more of a management and manufacturing issue not on the reps at all.

So why are you mad AF for not getting to sell the obesity indication? Lol

Yes the national call today was a joke. But what I find a bit annoying was when Amy and that other girl were smirking/giggling over the magnet comments. They said something like "trust us, we all know you want your fridge magnets, and don't worry, they are coming" (as they were smirking, giggling, making fun of us, and treating us like a child). Look, it's not about the magnets....it's about piss-poor leadership having zero accountability and doing nothing to help the DBU. They couldn't help us with formulary coverage, they couldn't help us with samples, they couldn't help us with stocked pharmacies, they couldn't help us with realistic goals, they couldn't help us with a decent quarterly payout, they couldn't help us by at least giving us a shot to sell Mounjaro for weight loss, and they couldn't help us with resources even though we are a yearish into launch. Novo is beating us everywhere and the only thing the sales force asked for are some fridge magnets....and Amy and the other Beeotch literally have the audacity to smirk and make fun of us. Amy and her leadership team can truly go to Hell. They suck beyond comprehension. After the call today, I now realize how bad this company has become. If Amy doesn't care about us, then I don't care either. They can keep the 87% payout, they obviously need it more than we do. Fuck this company. OK I'm done.

PC3 rep here. I’m really happy to get to sell the obesity drug.
But I agree, I’ve been here about 5 years abs been in Pharma almost 18 years.
This company is poorly run when it comes to management. It’s amazing at how they can demotivate so many people during critical launch times and just in general.
Lilly rewards mediocrity more than any company I’ve seen in Pharma.
I too have come to the conclusion… Fuck this place.
I will just work enough to satisfy my job requirements. Not trying any harder than that. Why should I? This company doesn’t care about the salespeople
