Completely agree. I have not had a positive experience with any contract sales recruiter. You said it best they are very lacking in self-awareness and have a tendency to call you at ridiculously late hours and on the weekends. Whatever happened to professional etiquette? The same exact thing happened to me recently, what position/city was this ?So one of their recruiters came after me hard. Asked me similar questions over multiple phone calls. Had a fantastic interview with a brand new district manager. Manager was so interested that he asked me if I was available the following day to speak with his regional. Did all the appropriate follow up thank you emails only to find out they went with a different candidate. Thanked everyone for their time and asked for feedback as to why I was not chosen. Nothing. I’m honestly so freaking sick and tired of all this phony disingenuous nonsense that this industry has become. No more professionalism or etiquette. It seems now more than ever it’s who you know and not what you know or how well you present yourself.

Glad to hear that someone had a good experience with an Amplity recruiter. It’s seems to be the exception and not the normI have to say I had a great experience with 1 Amplity recruiter, RJ, out of Texas. He was absolutely wonderful. I’ve dealt with recruiters throughout the industry who’ve ghosted me and it is sickening. But, I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
