Ammon Labs Sale Revolt

No writing on the wall! All labs doing NJ Medicaid tox business are cutting staff. NJ cut fees and limited testing. No lab will be able to survive without cuts. Most sales people suck anyway! Every lab has at best 10% sales force worth anything. Most reps are collecting paychecks and don't work!

Tell me what Government Investigations force depositions into the public domain. Even Grand Juries are kept secret, until the entity being investigated files a motion to make proceedings public. Do you think Ammon wants this made public! Every client they have would jump ship. So take your junior high legal expertise and shove it up your a**!

Visit an Ammon client and ask them if they have been contacted by NJ, IRS or FBI about the Ammon Foundation, then come back and tell me what you found out! The are singing to save their asses.

The charity was 85% funded by Ammon Labs. Ammon was a $12m lab before the foundation started. After the Foundation they did about $48m. Clients used Ammon Labs in order to get money from the Foundation. Ammon used the charity to try to legalize kickbacks, but this did not work. Ammon Foundation built gyms, wellness centers, gave free classes to patients on the clients sites, gave scholarships to patients for Ammon Lab clients, paid for CUE's for Client Employees, gave hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to Integrity House, and marketed for Ammon Labs (huge IRS 503c Violation). Multiple treatment centers refused to work with Ammon Labs as they knew taking money was illegal! This is not laughable, this is criminal. This will come out in the next few months. Just hang tight you mental midget!

Would love to see the proof... Or maybe ask why you know this information. Because you just sound like a disgruntled ex-employee trying to rub dirt where it doesnt below.

Yep. This knucklehead screamed (in response to the question, “why are you the only one who knows about this investigation?) cases like this are strictly top-secret, as to not compromise the investigation. Yet, in the same breath, he stated he was contacted by the FBI, and to ask any Ammon Client who has been contacted by the FBI. Huh? How is this top-secret if you and Ammon’s clients know about this investigation? Don’t look down Columbo. You’ve just been hoisted by your own petard. BTW, still waiting for the huge announcement regarding the fraud you tirelessly proclaim.

This is IRS investigation and Ammon & Haupts trying to settle this with no jail time. This is why SH retired. This is not a secret.

Just you and the Haupts? You must be a real insider. Any actual proof, other than just you saying so? Anyone else on this site hear this from any reliable source?

Yes- 3 Ammon Reps (2 current, 1 former) Integrity House, Eva's Village, Lennard, Maryville and Organization for Recovery- all were questioned by NJ Comptroller with IRS present. Ongoing investigations are not made public until negotiations to settle are final or discontinued. That is where they are now.

Curios, are you one of those three Ammon reps? Are you one of those four clients? How do you know this? Why should we believe you and why are you posting this?

You know exactly who I am Evan!

Nice try. You know I'm not Evan. So the question still stands. You've given us nothing verifiable - so far, so it might help your credibility if you disclose who you are or why you're posting this stuff. Or give us a hint. Unless you don't care about your credibility. And if that's the case, no one cares about your investment on this board aimed at debasing this company. I have no skin in this game. I'm familiar with the company, but don't have the emotional investment you do.

Why pick on this poster? If you don't have an emotional investment, why defend this company? I think you protest too much and work for Ammon! Me I could care less either way. My lab competes with them and we are ecstatic the foundation is gone. It was an AKS violation. All labs in NJ can compete on level playing field, especially with new NJ Medicaid rules.

I heard the rumors just like this poster. Ammon clients told my reps they were questioned. Ex-Ammon reps looking for work told my Sales Manager about the investigation. Ex-reps are not always believable, but what they said aligns with clients. Maybe investigation stalled due to COVID, I don't care. All I know is Ammon is losing clients for whatever reason and some signed up with my lab, which is all I care about.

Pick on a poster? Your characterization is way off.

I’m defending a company that is incessantly accused of fraud on an anonymous message board with no real proof other than hearsay. It’s just my nature, but not emotionally invested in the company itself.

Protest too much? Uh – once. That lady protested once (no, I’m not Evan). Doesn’t quite fit that characterization either.

No, I don’t work for Ammon. Thou dost accuse too much. And you? You could care less but you state you're ecstatic? Of course you have a vested interest in this thread.

No one deemed the charity was an AKS violation, or even proved that it induced new business. Although, I would agree it was way too close to that inference to be sustained.

Well there you go. If you are in fact NOT the OP, and you also heard rumors, then we have another poster that heard rumors. Case closed, I guess.
