According to the Ammon Lab twitter page, the other douche bag is Michael Plick! A guy who got ousted for illegal shit he did with a lab out of New England. Rumor is he's been running the lab anyway while the Haupt family enjoys the spoils of their criminal lab empire.

Just heard the CEO M Plick is under investigation. They are speaking with the people that used to work with him. He must have thought he got away with all his legal twisting of the documents. (for the feds to be involved, it must be serious)
