the problem is Novartis isn't respected in the neurologist community- general statement of course I'm sure someone in Novartis has some decent relationships- you guys run with a calls per day reach and frequency BS and follow some stupid sales model- and our coached to it. You will never succeed in specialty sales with metrics and leadership pushing reps to do that type of stuff. I'm in the Northeast and I can say for sure, 100% that Novartis has very little relationships or anything really going in neurology. The fact of the matter is we don't need you as much as you need us.
Novartis is not respected anywhere anymore because of terrible upper management decisions. No one is seasoned anymore and Vas is a joke. His lack of knowledge, expertise and behavior is responsible and the people he decides to keep are shit. The decisions are wrong internally. Interesting comment because before we got in bed with Amgen we didn't follow any bs metrics and were considered sales specialists. Then we launched Aimovig with ya'll and that was the beginning of the end. And we just launched a new molecule in MS and have another in our pipeline. Obviously you don't know shit...which is so typical of Amgen reps.
