I got my mortgage through countrywide, bridged thru amgen, house was worth almost 1mil, now it's barely 700K.

I'm hoping it all works out too. Being in TO must count for something.

If you paid 1 million for your home, you need more than hope. Go rent some brains.

I bought my house for 700K, it's now barely worth 500K. It's not uncommon. Consider leasing.
