See how this OP pretends to vent about the evils of All White Manels (white men panels) and then quickly turns the convo to his REAL purpose? This is how they've done it across social media: they plant fake post to serve as a dog-whistle to their sycophants, and then quickly expose the real reason for their posts: the use of our site to regurgitate posts from Comments section of One America News and Fox Networks.

I laugh at their lack of smarts. But y'all can rebut them all y'all want to. I just wanted to highlight that they dont work here, and they have a clear political agenda.

I don't think the interview panels are posting on this board. Racial gerrymandering is not the solution. If you discourage hiring a white male; that's racist and it's against state law, federal law, and company policy.

Yep. And this company has never, and I mean ever, discouraged hiring a Latino or black candidate.
I just cant figure out how we've been successfully sued so many times....

This is a crappy statement and I do not accept your victimization. I am a proud female native american. The autocracies done to my people were just as bad. My family chose to move past that history and embrace the pursuit of greatness that is afforded Americans.
-You are NOT a victim of what happened 400 years ago. You are not a victim of what happened 50 years ago.
-You are NOT a victim because you have a job at one of the greatest biopharma companies in the world. If you were truly a victim, you would never have gotten this job. Get down from that cross.
-You need to travel to Africa, India, Asia. Visit the slums, visit the poor, visit the orphanages. Your eyes will be opened that you are NOT a victim. Go to Africa like I have and you will see true economic oppression based on a cast system.

That post was from a Native American. There are many POC who feel the same way. Maybe what needs to happen is we allow candidates to administer a social justice questionnaire and based on the responses the candidate can pick who interviews them so only like minded people interact with each other. Oh wait....that’s what goes on in places like the Bay Area. Never mind.
