I believe the company was for sale, new owners supposed to be announced in April but never happened. The rumor now is they removed upper management closed Baltimore office so they can consolidate with another lab

Anyone know whats going on with Ameritox right now in June? Status update? I'm an investor in Fifth Street Finance (FSC) and I have noticed the equity position declining each quarter ever since the restructuring in April of 2016. Its down from 29M to just 3M of value on the books in less than a years time. (last quarterly was 3/31/2017) Is there any value in Ameritox today? What was the downfall of the company and who operates it on a day to day basis? Thanks - William

I'm in the field and I just heard from a customer Jay Zimmerman left the company! Looked like a total fool when asked whose in charge of lab now. I'm almost afraid to ask my manager whose running the place now. Absolutely no communication around this place.

More layoffs coming to the Lab in NC. Your VP from the Lab made sure that her job is kept at all costs. She was up here in Columbia taking part of many discussions to ensure the hourly loses their jobs while she keeps hers.
