Am I in a nightmare?

I feel like I have been in a terrible nightmare for the past few months. I still don't know how a good company can become a chaos in such a short period of time. It is unbelievable. Yes, we have too many people. Yes, we are not efficient. Yes, we have challenges. But do we have to destroy the company to fix all these issues. I wish I could just wake up and realize that this has just been a nightmare of witches.

LOL this a perfect example of a typical Genentech employee. For those lurking and wondering what one was from the outside looking in. This is a clear indication of one.

Let me give you an example. I unfortunately had to witness a holiday Genentech party with my wife. I was with my wife in another adjoining company party unrelated, to theirs. I believe it was in Dave and Busters. Anyhoo, from my observation, the Genentech party was boisterous as were their people. Every word that came out of their mouth was Genentech this and Genentech that. Everything was dependent on this conpany. Bottom line to this story is that each and every Genentech employee had ZERO personality. They had ZERO character. It was just terrifying to watch such haughtiness in display.

I also disagree to disagree....Don’t blame the mirror....blame that person in the mirror. This is what I seen. This group didn’t hide the fact they worked for Genentech with their smug European attitude and t-shirts. It must be a European thing since Genentech is a European company. I am speaking from my interactions with Genentech employees. I guess they Mistreat the public. They’ll Mistreat patients.

You don’t have to believe it...Dave and Busters...2018...I Was There, Maaan.....my wife nudged me and lipped pointed me towards the Genentech group...I couldn’t believe my eyes!
