So if Hospira has no integrity and is full worthless Managers and thieves, then why have you stayed with the company for at least the last 5+ years? Surely you are a very talented rep and could easily join Stryker, GE, or another of the big capital equipment companies. If you don't meet your targets, then you don't get a bonus; it's as simple as that, no one is still your bonus. The conspiracy theories are barely laughable. Alternate Site has one of the logest tenured sales forces (9.46 years on average) in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. If it is that bad why would these employees stay so long?

There is an open door policy, and an integrity hotline where you could report this thievery that you mention. Every compliant is thoroughly investigated. Since obviously you do not want to follow corporate policy, and are choosing to use this as a forum for your compliants, why don't you identify yourself, so I can look for you at the next sales meeting?
