This company must have changed names since the last discussion post.

Although previous posts are correct with the VP and execs previously being with Equinox gym, the company boasts large growth. Especially since last posts from 4 years ago. Has culture changed? Has compensation changed?

Lots of young reps...

Interviewed with them in the past...operations manager was an arrogant prick! He was disappointed knocking me because I didnt read business books in my spare time! Ha true story! Good luck to anyone who works there!

Does anyone have any insight on this company? Getting mixed reviews all over the internet and from the recruiter. I'm hearing $150k-200 first year and over $300 year 2. I'm also hearing you won't sniff over $75K. Any insight?

You can make a bunch of money or you can fall flat on your face. There is really no in between. If your not making much money, they will fire you. I was there for 8 months and half of the sales force was turned over in that time. I left because I felt I had to push my ethical boundaries to be successful.

The management are all truly pricks! They are their own biggest fans.

You won’t make over $100k for 2 years unless you are walking into a solidly established territory that is generating at least 15-20 completed studies per month. They will say “this territory already has referrals coming through from doctors” but referrals don’t always equal money. Find out how many completed studies. 95% chance they will say “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know.” If that’s the answer, the territory isn’t established. Also, the average rep doesn’t make $150k. The average rep leaves the company in 6 months because families can’t survive on the base pay of 50k. Building a territory takes years.

This company is the biggest cluster I have ever experienced. The hubris and arrogance with managament is an amazing spectacle. CM is an absolute ass hat and he runs the show.
Only 5% of the Sales force make any real money, > $200k. There are 130 Reps. Only 4-5 Reps make $350k+. The turn over is truly wild. Y/Y Turn over is over 70%!!! This place is like a boiler room. Unless you cannot get employment any where else, you may consider this fiasco.

This company is full of people who walked around picking up low hangin fruit with huge territories. With the territories as they are currently drawn, the upper limit to what you can make is probably 150. Insurance is getting cut, and even if you toil to get to 150, it won’t stay there.

The biggest problem is that upper management doesn’t realize this, and that their initial success was due to the novelty of the service. Their leadership is now convinced that if you can’t sell, it’s because you’re not trying hard enough, not that they don’t have any kind of process in place. I spent 4 days with the vaunted hero ZW. He got past 2 gatekeepers and wanted to be done by 3:00, making some excuse about business he had to do. He could not even get a job in Pharma, and I’m also pretty sure several people could successfully sue him for sexual harassment. What a joke. He hit me up to party every night, and I had to apologize to the friends that met him. Fuckin assclown
