LMAO. Who are you, Hillary Clinton? So you are advocating us ignoring the messenger? I guess whether it's true or not is irrelevant? This is why I believe KK is on here. No defense, she knows it's true, but she wants to deflect people's attention by attacking the messenger. What if I was someone who worked in Chestebrook, did very well and was rated an Exceeds, but chose not to relocate my family to Lexington because of a lack of faith in our leadership after witnessing KK get away with this terrible behavior? Would I still be a troll?

My, how clever. Ageist, sexist and stupid all rolled up in one unattractive, low IQ bundle. Shire's never competed in a large market against a good competitor with a good product. All of KK's inept management tactics will not save her from the humiliation of having her ass-kicked by Allergan, nor will her sad little butt-monkeys who seem to have a full-time role defending her on CP be able to hide this failure.

Not a bad idea. It's non-product specific, so some of the patients that eyelove draws to the doctor's office will end up on Restasis. They should be happy about our commercials (at least until Rachel tells Ross, Phoebe, Joey, Monica, and Chandler that it's XIIDRA that has changed her life. LOL!!!)

IF the patients can afford it. Call backs are getting overwhelming. How sweet of us to give the patient a free month then tell them it will cost them $250 a month. Poor seniors. It's pretty much full price for them. They better have some serious coverage kicking in over the next month so patients can afford it or we will be DOOMED.
 






I am a current patient who was switched from Restasis to Xiidra. I can't wait to switch back! The burning and stinging is horrible. Also, it's really hard to drive when your eyes are blurred for 20 minutes after you put the drops in. What a horrible product.

is anyone having issues with Allergan reps stealing vouchers and using our samples as a demo with the doctor and then saying..."dare you to tell me this doesn't sting, I know that taste is horrible"? Talk about some desperate bitches in Memphis!

You don't need an Allergan rep to throw away xiidra samples and vouchers. People will do that all on their own when you finally bring them in after months of telling offices "something new is coming but I can't talk about it yet". Nice product launch strategy. "Let's piss all of our customers off and waste a bunch of their time before we even launch xiidra".

Yeah you're right that's why I have docs calling me to set up times to come in, that's why I am seeing docs that don't see reps normally, why docs are Anxious to use it. You're right! I think you need to stfu and go back in your hole restasis rep!
