Allergan Deal

Remember a couple of months ago when I posted - that SM will go public and someone responded that they have been trying to go public forever and it won't happen - guess what dumb ass you just did! There is more was than one to go public - exit strategy accomplished! congrats to SM management and to all the positive reps - those of you who have been a pain in the ass - kiss it good bye - you will be gone!

I am laughing at all the know it alls that said it wouldn't happen - it just did!

You are a dumbass. Stop embarrassing yourself! You can't even spell simple words! Asshole.

SM positions will be merged into current Allergan reps positions - fyi. Botox, Latisse and SM have hit peak, not rocket science, in SMs case - no science. New plan Jan. 1st.

Awesome that managment made Skinmedica look legitimate enough for Allergan to buy you for your one prescription product but when I said that Skinmedica had been trying to go public for years that was the truth. They have been trying since they introduced the first pharma product and to this day they were never successful. The company sold big deal.

The whole SM management team needs lots more than just etiquitte training! Cuts are very likely coming in Q1. Too many people doing too few things. Field managers are not safe at any level from what I've picked up from folks in the Carlsbad office. Regional Directors, SM's, and one or two RM's are at risk. Allergan is about efficiency not size.

I doubt Christina gets the boot. Even if she does, she will laugh all the way to the bank. With a VP title she will probably pick up a 7 figure deal counting stock, severance, and maybe retention bonus. Not bad for a secretary!!! Execs usually make out great with change of control clauses in their employment agreements.

Doubtful!

You are simply dilusional! Nobody made 7 figures off this deal! So typical to see such stupidity coming from this board.
