Stay very far away. No one has made money since the year after Covid let up. After the lent up demand, the company expected that type for growth every year since. Since then, we’ve missed our number for the nation by 15% so no one is getting paid consistently. It’s terrible.

Allergan, Galderma, Revance... ALLLLL a MESS! The only two companies where reps are making decent commission right now are Prollenium/Versa and Evolus... which is a shock! These Aesthetic companies are in denial of the economic slowdown when it comes to setting quotas. They don't want to pay us out...basically.

It is a shock because it is not for real. You only get commission at Prollenium if you do their dirty moves…. Commission is only paid to those who suck up…. Literally

When you have 65% it’s not easy to grow as fast as the company expects. 20% YOY = $440M growth expectation.

Prollenium is a shit show. Allergan has been slow, but at least I am able to sleep at night because I am not asked to do illegal stuff as reps are at Prollenium. I know some reps who were let go because they didn’t make their quotas, but quotas there are based on who suck up more to their gm. And they said he is dirty as hell and has dirt on others so nothing happens to him and he keeps harassing people, yelling and cursing at everyone and destroying lives. And he gloats about doing whatever he wants and not having to deal with compliance, legal or hr because they don’t exist.
I am not defending AA and I think our leaders are weak, but at least we don’t have to deal with what reps at other companies have to.
