Is there any workplace that is more toxic to women than Allergan Aesthetics? The worst is R&D. It is disgusting that a company whose primary consumers are women allows a bunch of white arrogant men to run the show. And they truly don’t know what they are doing. It’s a matter of time before it is evident yo all.
 










And there you go, layoffs announced.

Females in STEM stay away. This is a toxic workplace particularly for women. The R&D head has a long track record of derailing women and his leaders do the same and all the men thrive.

Keep the commercial leaders and senior management in Chicago happy and no one will question your leadership track record.

The only mess with Allergan Aesthetics is the morons who are setting the comp goals. The majority of reps lost their annual consistency bonus because the thresholds were set too high. The reality is, AbbVie doesn’t want to pay us out, this is the truth.

Allergan, Galderma, Revance... ALLLLL a MESS! The only two companies where reps are making decent commission right now are Prollenium/Versa and Evolus... which is a shock! These Aesthetic companies are in denial of the economic slowdown when it comes to setting quotas. They don't want to pay us out...basically.

EXACTLY.
 












Prollenium/revanesse/versa is not really paying commission. They find ways to fire you before you get paid. And even if they wanted to pay you, it’s impossible to make your quota with just one product. They can’t get anything else approved by the FDA so I doubt anyone who is left there will make decent money.
 








FDA rejected their new product. don’t know why, but to get a filler rejected must mean some bad stuff going on with versa.
Maybe it’s time for us to go after their customers and replace the product with ours…. We don’t have anything to fight galderma so might as well go after the ones in the downturn.
