The company is really concerned about losing good sales people , as they should be . So what are they doing ? NOT A DAM THING . Instead of Action we get speeches about our future , that is really awesome for you Fray , Mike or Tracy BUT doesn't pay for food for my family , a college fund , gas for family car or even a crappy vacation to visit great Aunt Rose in Iowa .

After yet another speech about how great a company we work for , we find out about changes to how we are paid will be changed again ! REALLY .......WTF ! Low , low bonus check yet again for even the best achievers in each division , but we should all stay ?

Why ? For the great new company vehicle choices ? To see Frays latest suit ? His great European vacation photos ?

FACT : Novartis want Galderma salespeople . DMs & DSRs . NOT management , why ??? Because our middle management are seen as weak in this market . Ready to pay 20-40k more straight up ......do they have a future too ? Are they winning ?

FACT : Celegene want Galderma salespeople . Same desire to hire Galderma sales managers and reps but not the rest , in fact , in interviews with these companies I heard from both " Galderma weakness is it's ' Fat Belly ' that resides in Texas " . Offers are on par with Novartis .

We want ACTION NOT WORDS . Are we winning or losing ? Galderma upper management are getting THEIR ASSES kicked , THEY are losing . And they will lose more of us then they could believe before Summer is done . PAY US , stop the empty words and promises and pay what you call " the best sales force in derm " Put your freakin money where your mouth VPs .

We are all watching and waiting . Are you winning ?
 




Look at how much $ last years # 1 YTD in theracutix made in bonus then go back 3 years & look what a very average rep made in theracutix made . The trend is down , down , down every year . This year Vegas would give you odds on another down bonus year for sure .

But I'm super excited to get my Chevy Equinox & join my gay friends at the art walk !
At Galderma the rich get richer & salespeople get to grab their ankles & prepare for the pain

I totally agree . If I beat my wife every bad three months and then told her " you're the best wife in the USA " how long would she stick around ?..........just saying all that talk is just that , talk. It doesn't add a cent to my bank account and the OP stated .

If I beat my wife bad every three months and then told her " you're the best wife in this country " how long would she / should she stick around ? All this " best salesforce in dermatology "talk is just that , talk . As the first poster on this thread stated so well , it doesn't add a nickel to mine or your bank account .
 








surprise surprise, Galderma going down hill. I believe they have been posting and I might add correctly for the last two years that Galderma has no pipeline, no leadership and People like Fra that would sell out their own mother to get ahead, and is more concerned about his suits watches and European trips than what happens to the company or the sales force.

There is no products here no pipeline and no future, no leadership. but keep on hanging out and listen to the stupid speeches about how great you are and hang out then wonder what happened to your career.

Time to be moving on and if you have not figured that out than stick around but please stop bitching about it. Time to move on there a lot opportunities out there.
 




Our VP FH is so immature as a human being ! As others have posted he is all about the bling , his car , his suit , his speeches , his hair , skiing in Colorado . What a weak person . Small in the all important man area Fray ?

Grow up , find a soul , no one really cares what car you drive . That applies to all the other VPs that think their lives should be admired . It might be big by Keller standards ! Big fish small pond I guess .

I don't see a real set of nuts at our home office , sad but true . Just ask all the national sales managers , they make a living of just saying YES .
 




Stop complaining about nonsense like money and be thankful that you have a job. As long as you get your paycheck on time, who cares about anything else. No one is entitled to a bonus let alone a job. Get your head out of the clouds. People would kill to do what you do and earnnwhat you earn.
 




Nice message from the home office people - probably HR. you guys have ruined a once great company/ You have continuously tried to cut back pay, benefits and the sales teams bonuses etc. You people are actually the lucky ones to have jobs, Good Sales and Marketing people always have options and you my friends are the ones that should be concerned about your futures and your current over inflated compensation that was brought to you by the profits and business brought in from the sales team that you have worked to cut back and or simply eliminate. Your days are numbered. This place has more declining Rx sales, branded generic products and diminishing profits that will at some point come to an end for people like you. So stop lecturing us on how we are lucky to have a job. You are correct and I am enjoying my new job and my new opportunity. No wonder Galderma is in such decline. Also, the posts on ol Fra are spot on. Very materialistic, shallow person who defines himself based on a BMW and his stupid watches - Lord help us.
Horrendous choice as a sales leader, he plays the internal game, but brings nothing to this organization and all one has to do is see yet another failed launch and the declining IMS sales under his so called leadership. Numbers and facts speak for themselves.

that's the theme of the whole thread right here . nice post above from the very people who tell us "Best sales force in Derm" . but you won't get a decent raise & just be happy to have a job ! that about says it all

next meeting let's sit around and compare watches , or let's not . hate to be honest but no company is contacting our upper management because they simply are not the best Leadership Team in Derm

stuart please make some changes in texas your fresh take on the business can't be pulled through by the people in place . they are not sharp enough and too stale in their roles

Was part of the layoff, landed on my feet, and can't be happier. Thank you Galderma for paying me to leave to a better situation and superior company. I see the arrogant attitude from the empty suits in Dallas have not changed a bit!
 




Probably TD making the threats - he does the same on his stupid video messages to the field. I am at a much better company now and I am with a much better opportunity. You cannot grow a branded generic like Epiduo 45%. But they are way to arrogant to admit that and will simply blame the remaining sales people. The grass is so much greener once you leave this place. It has really gone down hill faster than anyone could have predicted during the last two years.

But at the sales meetings I am sure you will get some management platitudes from old Fra that he plagiarized from the latest management book and some crap about his latest watch or pics from his latest family vacation that was paid for on the back of the sales team that he and his little gang could care less about.
