All offers have gone out. If you have not received a call then you were not the first choice. Better things are out there. Keep moving forward.

Truedid you receive one or were you shit canned?
I received an offer which I’m really happy with. However, the car allowance and mileage reimbursement wasn’t included in the offer. I was told what it would be verbally but I haven’t seen it in writing. Has anyone else been given this info in writing?
I was also told the car allowance would be $850/mo and that milage is .22/mi. I still haven't received anything in writing to confirm this though. I'm hesitant to sign anything without this being in writing. It's a shitty thing to have to go out and buy a vehicle when you've been driving a fleet car. I'm not about to go out and purchase a car without knowing what the exact reimbursement it. Not to mention, the start date getting pushed out...I'm not about to buy a car until this drug is approved. I'll rent a car for a few months if I have to.

I think the negative talk is coming from a competing start up that is sweating that it’s salesforce is about to leaveIt feels like there is a lot of negative talk about joining Sage. Does anyone think it’s a good idea?? I’ve been driving an EV company car that I hate for the last year so I was relieved to learn I could finally choose the car I want. I just signed my offer but now I’m second guessing myself.
Unless you run into a crazy good deal or your must have vehicle that typically isn't available, I would not recommend buying a vehicle before PDUFA.
The fact that Sage was not up front about:
1. Non compete- when one of the first screening questions from Mix was “do you currently have a non compete?”
2. Requirement of Covid vaccine - most all companies put that in the job description and it is also a screening question.
3. 22 cents a mile
If they can’t be up front from the beginning- what would they hide in the future?
No Bluetooth speaker and jellybean mix is a good replacement for honesty.
I asked my mixed talent person if Sage had a non-compete and was told they do not. You are saying they suprised everyone in the end with a non-compete? I would think a fair number of people backed out if so?

I pulled out due to the start date. Would have stayed in the running if I would have known they would push the date. Don't like the non competeThe start date was pushed back to 8/28, well past the pdufa date. The non-compete is 12 months and was a surprise when the offers went out.
