im confused what products would we sell. dyloject will reach max sales of 10 million a year in 2024 but $125,00 after the first year of sales which might start in 2016. Precedex side could be sales will be 125 million 2015. By end of June another 6 people or will have resigned on top of the few who already did. Are they back filling these openings.

You're being very naive. Neither Dyloject or Precedex are product Pfizer will even bother promoting. Not enough upside. Most of us, if not all of us, will be terminated. We will be able to interview for open positions. Pfizer has a very small, if any, hospital division. Openings will be primary care.

Start getting your resume out there before the lay-offs begin.

It's Karma! All of you sales and marketing people are falling for the same manipulating tactics and ads you use to sell product. Half truths and slight of hand.

WAKE UP - there will be no jobs for you - it is karma if you are listening to the manipulating tactics management is using to keep you from leaving until they let you go.

Must laugh at you all who think you know what is going on with jobs or job losses. If we lose, we lose...we will move on...you really need to find a hobby or a real job, and remove yourself from this site and spend time doing something more important. Family may just be a start!
 






Pfizer dude here - good suggestion to post for openings in other divisions like PC or what ever - they are there all over the country. It's not that bad you get to keep your tenure with good pay and the opportunity to go for other positions as they open up. Is it a big cumbersome slow moving and at times dumb and frustrating company - yeah but its called work. Pfizer is still large (read opportunities) and top tier in the industry - if that means anything. Not a horrible place to work I mean what big pharma is tons of fun? Truth is that they will be cutting Hospira in a big way. We have hospital people that have no products themselves and are on the verge of layoffs. I cant see how the ones your bringing to the table will allow us to keep them and you. Solution: apply for other Pfizer sales openings.
