I predict there will be many sad employees and families over the holidays. Stop with your gleeful predictions. These are real people and real families that face hard times ahead.

Like Patty cares? Who are you kidding? She lacks empathy and human emotions.
Hope she gets the axe. She is partly responsible for this mess as she was not willing to listen and follow through. Charlie gives her too much credit. Sorry Charlie, she is awful.
 






I know that a lot of you didn’t like him, but I talked to MF just to keep my options open. He said they don’t have any positions posted at the moment, but he will put in a good word for me if something opens up. Always good to have a backup plan just in case.

With the company reducing its headcount to 59; good luck with your backup plan. Why don’t you reach out to PG, MO, and LV? Bet they could tell you to go for it.
 












Prediction is that Patty will gloss over 501c3, the only thing that kept us afloat. Now like a cinder block around our neck, patients once on foundation now to be on PAP. For each one, that is 12 TRXs off the table. If that fat slob tells us to go for commercial and LIS, she should go fuck herself.

I would not worry about it. Rumor has it, some large money hungry shareholder wants a piece of the board. Any previous discussions on the table have now stalled and moved on. At best for us, all plans on hold. At worst, we become a 711. Sweet irony of it all is watching those investors cut off their nose to spite their face right at the tipping point. HA
 






The chances of this call being as sad and useless as previous calls is very high. That ax looms heavy over everyone’s head, but that’s nothing new. Poor leadership, no strong direction, useless managers... also nothing new. Low volume territories, boo hoo, high volume territories “carrying the load” who cares. If you’ve ever worked anywhere then this also is nothing new. Ridiculous growth expectations, same as it has always been. They don’t want to pay out reps. Country at 85%, I’m shocked. Who could’ve ever imagined that considering we are supposed to grow on a number that we didn’t come close to hitting.
 












Too many discord cougar trolls here come to pump and dump. This forum is to get scammed. Me and Annie pose as long on there turf to watch them believe all the BS facts we talk about. HA HA. Make them run on circles all day and night.

Dear Patty,
You have failed to lead this team in a direction that will help patients with SHPT. It is all about the patient, isn’t it? What about your strategy to keep the patients on drug that have been managed over the last several months? And now that the foundation funding is no longer a viable option, what is your plan? Or are you holding on like the rest of us for the day the doors are locked? Patty, I was excited that you were to bring new energy to the team. Now we are all extremely disappointed because you have done everything to exhaust the team. We are at an all time low with regard to morale. My vote is for you to step aside and tenure your resignation. You have taken us even further into the dark.
