Just run away. Recent hire, already on a ‘plan.’ Don’t be fooled by the “old hands” that have been here for years. They’re from a time when this was a possible business, and it’s going down hill fast. They sell their own generics against the brand name salesforce, plus a market flooded with LMF products. Not to mention EBM, that was created by all the folks leaving here under Nestle Health, that also sells against us. In many cases, these are reps that have 10 and 15 years or more experience in these markets that you will be selling against as a new representative for ASigma. Upper management is a joke, and has no plan. The majority of the territories that are viable are in richer areas, but it’s only a matter of time before everybody realizes that there’s generics and plenty of other things that have just as good efficacy as our products. Not to mention other companies that I’ve dealt with in the field think that ASigma is a joke on top of everything else. I’m interviewing without even having this job on my résumé, it’s so bad.
